Job Description:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Reactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join the team here at DPL Group

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, schedule and co-ordinate the attendance and completion of reactive tasks with in-house engineering team and database of sub-contractors as required
  • Prioritise tasks based on customer SLA, safety or operational impact
  • Use of CAFM system to update and maintain task records with live status
  • Oversee the end-to-end progression of works, from receipt of job orders through to practical completion and submission for financial review
  • Assist Helpdesk Supervisor for review and monitoring on job completion, backlog, and resource utilisation

Requirements:

  • Experience in a maintenance scheduling, planning, or coordination role
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-moving setting
  • Confident in use of CAFM systems
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable prioritising under pressure and adapting to last-minute changes
