Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Reactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join the team here at DPL Group
Job Responsibility:
Plan, schedule and co-ordinate the attendance and completion of reactive tasks with in-house engineering team and database of sub-contractors as required
Prioritise tasks based on customer SLA, safety or operational impact
Use of CAFM system to update and maintain task records with live status
Oversee the end-to-end progression of works, from receipt of job orders through to practical completion and submission for financial review
Assist Helpdesk Supervisor for review and monitoring on job completion, backlog, and resource utilisation
Requirements:
Experience in a maintenance scheduling, planning, or coordination role
Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-moving setting
Confident in use of CAFM systems
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable prioritising under pressure and adapting to last-minute changes
