Job Description:

The Reactivate Your Career Program is designed to help individuals transition from a career break into a career within financial services. It involves structured induction, professional development, learning opportunities, and flexible working arrangements. Participants will work in technology-focused roles, such as application development and support, and will benefit from a supportive network.

Requirements:

Have been on a career break for at least 2 years
Have a minimum of 4-5 years professional work experience in an Application Development / Support environment
Be eligible to live and work in Canada
Be interested in starting the next phase of their career in financial services, in a technology role
Demonstrate natural curiosity and be motivated to learn new skills
Exhibit excellent teamwork, accountability and communication skills
Possess working knowledge of English
