Job Responsibility

Manage global accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and consolidations
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead the financial close process for all entities and guarantee the integrity of consolidated financial results
Oversee foreign currency transactions and translation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards
Collaborate with global finance teams to maintain consistent application of accounting policies across international locations
Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to align with organizational goals
Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and manage tax compliance in partnership with external advisors
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and system automation to increase efficiency
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team to support company growth and objectives
