Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to assume responsibility for the Report Issue module within the me@campus (Campus Hub) mobile application. This is a business-critical capability for campus operations, enabling associates to report facility issues in real-time. The selected candidate will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and sustained performance of the platform, encompassing the mobile miniapp interface, backend services, and supporting cloud infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assume responsibility for the Report Issue module within the me@campus (Campus Hub) mobile application
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery and sustained performance of the platform encompassing mobile miniapp interface, backend services, and supporting cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in frontend development and hands-on experience with at least one mobile framework (React Native / Flutter / Dart)
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP/Azure), cost optimization strategies, and production monitoring practices
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and observability tooling
  • Demonstrated ability to assume end-to-end responsibility for a production feature spanning UI through backend

Nice to have:

  • Experience developing issue/ticket management or workflow automation systems
  • Familiarity with campus or facilities management operations
  • Prior experience with Walmart's internal platforms and engineering standards
