Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline with extensive development / sustainment experience in large-scale IT solutions, or the approved equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Extensive experience in business system analysis, rapid application development and programming in a large, diverse computing environment

Development and deployment of revenue services custom service and staff facing tool to help revenue service customer service team triage and assign questions from citizens to different units in the division
Implement enhancements for the eBilling other applications that perform look up against the revenue databases
