Job Description:

Randstad is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in North Edmonton. In this role, you’ll support a fast-paced warehouse operation, performing a variety of general tasks under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative and growth-focused environment where your efforts contribute to the success of the entire team.

Job Responsibility:

Unloading Trucks: Assist with unloading shipments, including working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
General Warehouse Duties: Perform a variety of essential warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
Reach Truck Operation: Use a reach truck to retrieve and store inventory in high shelving areas
Manual Labor: Handle physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and organizing goods as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Steel-toe shoes
Valid certification and experience using sit-down forklift and reach truck forklift
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Clean background check

What we offer:

Competitive salary of $21/hour + 4% vacation pay
Full-time, stable hours: Monday to Friday with shifts starting between 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
