Job Description:

We are hiring dedicated Forklift Operators (Reach Truck) for our client’s organized and modern warehouse in Scarborough. If you prioritize safety and excellence, we want to hear from you. Location: Scarborough, ON. Pay Rate: $20.15/hr. Available Shifts (Monday – Friday): Days: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Afternoons: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate Reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory
  • Organize automotive components with high accuracy to ensure seamless warehouse flow
  • Manage the full cycle of goods, from receiving incoming stock to preparing outgoing shipments
  • Execute picking, packing, palletizing, and sorting tasks with efficiency
  • Seamlessly transition between forklift operation and manual warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including performing rigorous daily equipment inspections
  • Maintain a sterile and orderly workspace to uphold site standards
  • Load and unload trailers with a focus on protecting specialized automotive parts

Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
  • Holds a valid, externally issued Forklift license
  • Equipped with own CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots
  • Physically able to perform manual lifting of up to 50 lbs
  • Committed to maintaining a consistent schedule during the designated shift hours
