Job Responsibility

Navigate and master high-rack material handling, safely maneuvering a Reach Truck to optimize vertical storage spaces
Accelerate facility velocity by efficiently loading, unloading, and transferring high-value freight across a fast-paced environment
Uphold elite safety standards, serving as a vigilant guardian of your equipment, your inventory, and your teammates
Collaborate directly with an industry-leading team to establish the workflow rhythms of a brand-new facility
Safely operating Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie based on daily warehouse flow
Perform safe put-away and retrieval of home improvement inventory in narrow-aisle racking
Use the Dock Stocker to load and unload trailers and stage freight for store deliveries
Use Voice Pick to ensure every item—from power tools to patio furniture—is tracked correctly

Requirements

Active certification and proven expertise safely operating a Reach Truck Forklift
Precision and confidence navigating high-bay and high-rack warehouse environments
A career-driven mindset looking for a stable, long-term home to truly grow your skills
Flawless reliability, ready to commit to a premier Monday-to-Friday day shift schedule
Current, valid tickets for Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie
At least 1–2 years of experience operating all three machines in a distribution environment
A professional approach to attendance
Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots
Looking for individuals who want a long-term career, not just a seasonal job
