Reach truck operator

• Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload freight from trailers and storage areas
• Utilize basic hand tools such as hammers, drills, wrenches, and socket sets for minor assembly or crate reinforcement
• Assist the warehouse team with regular inventory counts and cycle counting to ensure data accuracy
• Perform basic data entry using a computer and client-specific software to track shipments (comprehensive training will be provided)
• Inspect equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing & logistics facility
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
• Execute multiple tasks in a timely manner while working under pressure

• Must possess a valid external forklift license
• At least 1 year of consistent forklift experience in a warehouse
• Experience preparing shipping documents, bills of lading (BOL)
• Experience with freight coordination and related administrative responsibilities
• Ability to pass a criminal record check (conducted only at the offer stage)
• Must be able to speak and understand English at a functional level for safety purposes
• Possession of steel-toe safety boots is mandatory
• Reliable transportation to commute
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs as required
