Job Responsibility
Command reach trucks to navigate high-density, narrow-aisle storage
Utilize RF scanning systems to locate, pull, and verify orders
Engineer secure shipments by constructing, balancing, and wrapping pallets
Operate manual equipment to relocate stock
Audit shop standards to identify inventory mismatches and hazards
Enforce a safety-first culture
Pick and pack orders
Utilize scanners and technology to track inventory
Safely load and unload materials in a warehouse or production environment
Stock, organize, and maintain a clean and safe workspace
Work collaboratively to meet daily targets
Requirements
Valid Forklift/Reach Truck Certification
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or shop setting
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced industrial environment
Punctual and reliable
Versatile - pivot between technology-driven picking and heavy manual labor
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Safety-conscious
Personal transportation (a car) is a strong asset
Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and safely lifting up to 50 lbs
