Reach Truck Operator

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials to/from designated areas within the warehouse
• Accurately pick, stage, and replenish inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management system (WMS)
• Unload and load trailers as needed using reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, or pallet jacks
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles and product locations
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report mechanical issues immediately
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standard operating procedures
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 year of recent reach truck operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain through company training
• Proficient in using RF scanners and basic WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance record
