Reach Operator

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within a fast-paced furniture manufacturing facility
• Navigate a Reach Truck through narrow aisleways while maintaining high safety standards
• Transport raw materials and finished furniture products to designated areas for Manufacturing & Logistics efficiency
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of components to the assembly line
• Maintain a high level of awareness regarding pedestrian foot traffic to prevent accidents
• Perform daily safety inspections on the Reach Truck and report any mechanical issues
• Assist with manual material handling and warehouse organization as required by the Manufacturing & Logistics team
• Adhere to all CSA safety regulations, including the consistent use of safety footwear

• Must possess a valid external Reach Truck license/certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Reach Truck Operator
• Experience working in a production or furniture manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Ability to pass a forklift evaluation test and a brief interview
• Mandatory possession of CSA-approved safety shoes
• Commitment to the Manufacturing & Logistics safety culture and "safety first" mindset

• Competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour
• Stable shift schedule: Monday to Thursday 6:30 AM - 3:45 PM & Friday 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Enjoy a long weekend every week!)
