Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
Respiratory care services is pediatric department shall be provided by respiratory care practitioners who are licensed by the state of California and who have completed formal training in pediatric respiratory care which includes didactic and clinical experience

Basic Life Support - CPR
Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Neonatal Resuscitation Program
Nice to have
One (1) year previous experience as an RCP in acute care
Two (2) years of acute care experience, including critical care and neonatal intensive care for lead therapist positions
Experience in pediatric mechanical ventilation and airway management for working in the pediatric sub-acute unit
