Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support with preparation of the annual AML/CFT Questionnaire and Annual RC Reports and other RC deliverables, such as Quarterly Board Reports and Monthly Conducting Officer reports
  • Monitor and collect AML/KYC KPI related documentation for investors and investments, as well as support review and ensure resolution of any discrepancies
  • Communicate with relevant KYC and other stakeholders regarding requested documentation and information
  • Support in liaising with internal teams and external parties (legal advisors, auditors, etc.) on AML/CFT matters
  • Maintenance and oversight of RC database and management of common mailbox
  • Support with further ad-hoc RC related requests
  • Report to team lead on information requests, progress and issues

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of Excel (mandatory): ability to extract data, manipulate large datasets, consolidate KPIs, and ensure alignment of data from multiple sources
  • Desirable to have degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Compliance
  • CAMS/ICA certification is an advantage
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Desirable to have 1–3 years’ experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, or Fund Administration in Luxembourg
  • Understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (SICAV, RAIF, FCP, SICAR, SIF, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strict attention to regulatory deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken)
  • French or German is a plus

Nice to have:

  • French or German is a plus
  • CAMS/ICA certification is an advantage
  • Desirable to have degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Compliance
  • Desirable to have 1–3 years’ experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, or Fund Administration in Luxembourg
