Provide support with preparation of the annual AML/CFT Questionnaire and Annual RC Reports and other RC deliverables, such as Quarterly Board Reports and Monthly Conducting Officer reports
Monitor and collect AML/KYC KPI related documentation for investors and investments, as well as support review and ensure resolution of any discrepancies
Communicate with relevant KYC and other stakeholders regarding requested documentation and information
Support in liaising with internal teams and external parties (legal advisors, auditors, etc.) on AML/CFT matters
Maintenance and oversight of RC database and management of common mailbox
Support with further ad-hoc RC related requests
Report to team lead on information requests, progress and issues
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Knowledge of Excel (mandatory): ability to extract data, manipulate large datasets, consolidate KPIs, and ensure alignment of data from multiple sources
Desirable to have degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Compliance
CAMS/ICA certification is an advantage
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Desirable to have 1–3 years’ experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, or Fund Administration in Luxembourg
Understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (SICAV, RAIF, FCP, SICAR, SIF, etc.)
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strict attention to regulatory deadlines
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken)
French or German is a plus
Nice to have:

CAMS/ICA certification is an advantage
Desirable to have degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Compliance
