This role leads the site’s warehouse, logistics, and material management operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely material flow to production. It focuses on driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, optimizing inventories and resources, monitoring key logistics KPIs, and collaborating with operations teams to implement standardized processes and support smooth end-to-end supply chain performance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and apply a consistent logistic strategy in line with current business standards
Plan, implement, and optimize measures for warehousing, material, and production logistics
Ensure cost, time, and quality-efficient material supply to production, warehousing, storage, and material management
Lead the material management, warehouse, and logistic team in the plant
Create and execute saving projects in the area of end-to-end material flow, including warehouse and logistics
Develop and monitor effective KPIs for Site Warehouse & Logistics
Optimize people, resources, and technologies to ensure business standards are achieved or exceeded
Optimize inventories and continuously improve material flow in production
Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the logistics department
Work proactively with Warehouse Supervisors and Site Operations Leaders to improve, review, and implement standard processes and procedures
Manage stock blocks and handle returns to support CNWC
Requirements:
University degree in Industrial Engineering or related departments
Minimum 5 years of experience in material management, warehouse management
Advanced user of MS Office applications
SAP know-how is must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Proven experience in developing and implementing logistic strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English
