Job Description:

Experience Required - 5+ Years; Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Design, develop, and implement P&C personal insurance pricing and rating capabilities; Work experience with Guidewire Policy Center Rating or Earnix is preferred; Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions; Familiarity with pricing platforms, policy admin systems, and data/analytics ecosystems; Experience in integration of rating engines with other systems, such as billing, claims, policy and workflow systems; Perform unit, integration and regression testing, document rating configurations, and maintain change history. Roles & Responsibilities: Hands-on experience with any P&C personal insurance Rating/Pricing products such as Guidewire, Earnix; Experience with Rating Configuration, pricing models, rate tables, factors and premium calculations; Familiarity with integrations (SOAP/REST, messaging); Experience in working in Agile development environment; Strong communication and team working skills; Serve as the technical SME for the Rating and Pricing components.
