  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Media Analysis, Insights & Analytics, Client Success, and Data Visualization teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with client expectations
  • Act as a key escalation point for operational or client issues, and crossteam dependencies
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce robust QA standards to guarantee the accuracy, completeness and professionalism of all deliverables
  • Innovation & Technology: Evaluate and implement new tools, automation solutions, and best practices to keep reporting operations at the forefront of the industry
  • Champion experimentation and continuous improvement to set new standards for quality and scalability in media analytics reporting
  • Leadership Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison to company leadership on all matters related to reporting operations, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in reporting operations, business operations, client reporting, analytics, or client services with 3+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, deadline-driven reporting functions for enterprise clients or high-stakes stakeholders
