Rapid Response Scrub Practitioner

Optegra has an exciting opportunity for a Rapid Response Scrub Practitioner to join our highly skilled and dedicated regional clinical team. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting five hospitals across the south region: Surrey, Hampshire, West London (Hounslow), Central London (Queen Anne Street) and North London (Colindale). The role requires a high level of flexibility and responsiveness, with travel required at a very short notice, either the evening before or on the morning of your shift. As part of the Rapid Response Team, you will not be allocated to a fixed rota. Instead, you will provide vital support across the region, helping teams manage staffing shortages and maintain exceptional patient care standards where support is needed most.
