Job Description:

Dynamic, fluid role within the elite Mobilisation Team. Working across various branches to provide clinical support and ensure new care packages start smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide hands-on clinical support for both children and adults
  • Tracheostomy and Ventilator care
  • Bowel management and Spinal support
  • PEG feeding and specialist diets
  • Be the 'first on the scene' to help new care packages start smoothly
  • Bring calm and confidence to families
  • Ensure high-quality care is delivered from day one across branch network

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Proven background in complex/clinical care (Ventilators, PEG, etc)
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (Essential)
  • Adaptable, solution-focused mindset
