Rapid Response Care Assistant

• Enhance your current skill base
• Have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
• Care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs
• Travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius
• Work on an on-call rota

• Must work a mixture of both days and nights
• Must have flexible availability
• Must be willing to drive 100 miles to cover multiple packages of care - Access to a car is required.
• Willingness to support with mobilising new packages of care within 100 mile radius
• Will work a mixture of both days and nights

Previous complex care experience would be advantageous
