Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Maternity cover
  • Cover day and night shifts across the week including weekends
  • Travel to various packages
  • Work on an on-call rota
  • Provide care and support to people of all ages in the community and in their homes with complex needs such as Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries

  • Previous social care experience
  • Compassion and ability to care
  • Resilience
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
  • Driver with access to a vehicle
  • Willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius
