Job Description:

Range Manager role to lead the range development for IKEA Food Services, making sure we have a great offer in our many restaurants, bistros and other customer meeting points globally. The role is crucial for developing delicious, healthy, and sustainable food for the many people around the world.

Job Responsibility:

set the global and local menu for the food in all our meeting points by developing the best products
build a complete and coordinated, relevant and commercial product offer which has IKEA unique identity that enables a better experience in the customer meeting points
lead the range function and have managerial responsibility
work closely with our development teams
supporting, challenging and coaching in product development
be part of the Range area Food service Management team and the extended Inter IKEA Group Food steering team

Requirements:

lead the creation of a product and range plan, including the aspects of product-, packaging- and service offer
apply conceptualized thinking
visualize, communicate and clarify long-term strategic range movements and directions
build and retain strong and collaborative relationships and engaging ways of working through creative processes and across organizations
work and lead on a strategic, as well as tactical level
growth mindset, being comfortable in exploration and not having all the answers
knowledge, experience, and passion for food in general and cultural preferences and trends specifically
