In Core Business Range, we focus on simplifying our work and putting the product at the center to better align with IKEA’s vision. As a Range Identity Leader, you will lead creative range directions, support range and product development, and contribute to the IKEA product identity through styles, materials, and design elements. You collaborate with teams across the organization to build a strong, relevant range while being an ambassador for inspiring creativity and staying aligned with customer needs and trends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support range and product development through leading and developing creative range directions and concepts for future launches, IKEA collections, home furnishing coordination’s, and style expressions
  • Define, lead, and develop the Range & Communication strategy
  • Set the direction for the Range and Product identity for IKEA’s future range offer
  • Contribute to the assignment of IKEA style expressions, CMFs, patterns, materials and expressions portfolio, and IKEA collections
  • Work across the organization to support Range Areas
  • Be a dedicated ambassador and speaker for the IKEA Range Identity
