Range Host / Strike Shack Host

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and product knowledge
• Support the smooth running of the facility
• Drive the golf buggy and range picker safely
• Ensure equipment is used correctly
• Assist with food and beverage service following hygiene and company standards
• Prepare the facility for opening and closing
• Upsell services
• Provide excellent customer care to enhance the guest experience
• Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager and fellow Range Hosts
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
• Help improve member engagement

Previous experience in a golf environment desirable
