Job Description

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for a Ranch Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide daily care for Ranch Animals, including feeding, grooming, and overall wellness monitoring
  • Maintain a clean and organized Ranch throughout the day
  • Support the Management Team with general barn duties

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Able to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required
  • Proven horsemanship experience, including riding, tack maintenance, and daily horse care
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Passion for animals
