Job Responsibility

Plan, schedule, and oversee all work related to Parks and Landscaping projects in Metro Verde and Sonoma Ranch on behalf of the developer
Manage major projects including neighborhood parks, medians, parkways, and the Red Hawk clubhouse
Oversee the full scope of landscaping work, including: Fine grading
Installation of irrigation systems
Installation of plants, sod, rock, and landscape materials
Installation of play equipment and site furnishings
Coordinating inspections with the City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation staff to ensure compliance and timely approvals
Coordinate bulk grading and concrete installation with the developer’s general contractor
Coordinate power installation with the developer’s electrical contractor
Direct, supervise, and support the Parks and Landscaping crew to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality control
