Network Solutions Factory is a multicultural company always seeking new talents! We are looking for a RAN Design Expert to strengthen our team of 40 Radio Optimization Engineers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proposing and testing short, medium, and long-term RAN strategy evolutions for Huawei and Ericsson networks: spectral strategies, new features, mobility strategies, load management, energy efficiency, hardware configuration evolution strategies, and decommissioning of 2G/3G technologies
  • Conducting network consistency checks: RF and transmission performance audits, and controller health checks
  • Supporting radio design activities: coverage and capacity studies
  • Analyzing traces: field measurements and end-to-end assessments

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering (BAC+5 equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in radio optimization
  • At least 2 years in a similar position
