We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making our customers and Ericsson successful. This job role will cover various portfolio offering and more specifically our radio and enterprise solution offerings, addressing the networks business of our customer.
Job Responsibility:
Be part of the CU Sales team providing an overall accountability for all CU Sales activities ensuring profitability, compliance and proper governance
Support Opco Sales organization to ensure compliance to existing GFAs and agreements
Interface customer Group and Opco to maximize customer relationships
Knowledge pass over to CU account managers through sharing of the processes, best practices, protocols and sales strategies
Be expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales
Oversee optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition to operations
Foster a close working relationship with the customer to understand and suitably address their needs
Requirements:
University Degree in Business/Technology or similar
Min 10 years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry
Domain experience: Mobile Networks / RAN / Enterprise
Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
Customer and market insights
Negotiation skills
Leadership experience
South Africa and Regional Mobile Industry experience
