Job Description:

We are now seeking after an RAMS engineering to our client in Västerås! This job is for six month and can be extended.

Job Responsibility:

  • RAMS Coordinator: Make RAM and Safety Analysis during project execution phase
  • RAMS Coordinator: Participate in tenders (RAM and safety analysis, review customer requirements specification)
  • Safety Coordinator: Prepare the Technical safety documentation (in all versions - preliminary and final)
  • Safety Coordinator: Prepare and close the Hazard Log, to register and mitigate them
  • Safety Coordinator: Collect / Generate evidences to demonstrate required safety integrity level compliance. This includes involvement in definition of Operational Scenarios, specification of safety requirements, involvement in test specifications preparation (advice/check on scope) and interaction with customer project (safety) team and ISA (act as point of contact)
  • Validator: Check that requirements (safety related as well as non-safety related) has been satisfied, validating traceability between requirement and respective evidence, in order to demonstrate that the system meet the specific requirements for which it was designed. This includes participation in performing lab and/or field testing. Validator could add any test or analysis if he/she considers is necessary

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering (Industrial/IT/Telecom/Electronics Engineering or similar)
  • Or 10 years work experience in RAMS rail business
  • Experience in railway and RAMS. Minimum 5 years
  • Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience - Company main procedures (or similar from other companies)
  • Fluent in English
