As a Regional SDR Ramp Manager, you will own the early-stage performance of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within your region. You will help drive early career success within our Global SDR organization by developing new hires and ensuring our reps hit the ground running. You will partner closely with the global Ramp Acceleration Manager and GTM Enablement to ensure that SDRs ramps to productivity within 90 days, with consistent reinforcement, live coaching, and performance accountability. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating skill development, driving quota attainment, and fostering regional alignment across Vanta’s rapidly scaling global SDR organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead SDR Ramp Program for APJ
  • Tailor and execute ramp program for new SDRs in Region to ensure new hires achieve peak performance within their first 90 days

  • Responsible for performance management ensuring coaching, performance and KPI milestones are achieved on schedule
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Business Development Leadership in APJ to define, track, and take accountability for KPI management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to SDR Management by making data backed recommendations and consulting on trends, metrics, and strategic actions to accelerate rep ramp up and overall team performance
  • Partner with GTM Enablement to adapt global ramp programs to reflect local market nuances, time zones, and cultural differences
  • Coaching and Reinforcement
  • Provide hands-on coaching through live call sessions, offering actionable feedback to help new reps master effective prospecting techniques
  • Operationalize Ramp Metrics
  • Track and analyze SDR ramp performance using defined KPIs (quota attainment, participation rate, time-to-first-opportunity, etc.), proactively addressing performance gaps

Requirements:

  • Be located in Sydney, Australia and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Have 2+ years of SDR Leadership or Enablement experience
  • Offer experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales enablement or management
  • Have experience prospecting into APJ and multiple segments from SMB to Enterprise
  • Have stellar problem-solving abilities, thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment
  • Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
