As a Regional SDR Ramp Manager, you will own the early-stage performance of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within your region. You will help drive early career success within our Global SDR organisation by developing new hires and ensuring our reps hit the ground running. You will partner closely with the global Ramp Acceleration Manager and GTM Enablement to ensure that SDRs ramps to productivity within 90 days, with consistent reinforcement, live coaching, and performance accountability. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating skill development, driving quota attainment, and fostering regional alignment across Vanta’s rapidly scaling global SDR organisation.

Requirements:
Be located in London and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting 3x per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Have 2+ years of SDR Leadership or Enablement experience
Offer experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales enablement or management
Have experience prospecting into given Region and multiple segments from SMB to Enterprise
Have stellar problem-solving abilities, thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment
Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.
Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
