They are currently seeking a skilled Railing Installer / Lead Installer who takes pride in their work. If you enjoy working with architectural railings/handrails and modern floating stairs, this is a great opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Install handrails and railing systems (interior/exterior) and modern floating stairs
  • Read and verify measurements, layout, and site conditions
  • Use power tools and hand tools for cutting, fitting, and installation
  • Load, unload, and handle materials, including heavier steel components for stair work
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, General Contractors (GCs), and jobsite contacts
  • Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
  • For Lead Installers: Supervise a helper/crew, plan daily work, and manage quality on site

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Background in finish carpentry or high-end installation work
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavier materials as needed
