Job Responsibility:
Demonstrates the appropriate operation of all radiographic equipment
Accountable for the production of quality radiographs
Demonstrates safety in all areas
Ensures all appropriate information is present before radiographs are performed
Completes all data entries in the radiology and hospital information system
Participates in efforts to monitor and improve departmental CQI indicators
Serves as a patient advocate
Provides education to all patients before, during and after exams
Maintains a positive relationship with all customers
Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improving areas of concern
Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve patient issues
Address and resolve customer complaints
Ensure on-time completion of your performance pathway
Participates quarterly in the TNT associate satisfaction survey
Assess own learning needs, seeks appropriate training and development
Sets own learning goals
Development of a learning plan and documenting your progress on a learning log
Maintains a program to complete required training hours per quarter
Submits Dynamite ideas to your leader
Participates in hospitalwide or departmental DIG each year
Implement Just-Do-It initiatives in your department during the year
Participates in hospitalwide TNT-related activities
Participates in departmental recognition and socialization activities
Attends all departmental staff meetings
Participates in efforts to improve productivity in your department
Submits ideas for improving productivity in your department
Participates in efforts to contain costs or generate revenue in your department
Submits ideas for reducing expenses or adding revenue
Requirements:
ARRT Registry eligible
I.D.N.S. License (current)
Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology School
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
Ability to work rotating shifts any day of the week
Ability to stand, bend and/or stoop for extended periods of time
Ability to work under stressful conditions & in difficult situations
