Job Description

The Radiology Technologist position at Baptist Health offers a unique opportunity to provide quality radiographic imaging services, including fluoroscopy, while ensuring adherence to ALARA principles. Job Responsibility

  • Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including fluoroscopy on all age groups insuring ALARA principles
  • Participates in department quality improvement processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Supports department patient workflow including front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient intake as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
  • Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Competency in vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties as needed
  • Change agility and flexibility
  • Less than 1 year minimum experience
