Job Responsibility:
Plan, supervise, interpret, and report on diagnostic imaging studies to enhance patient care
Collaborate effectively with a team of experienced medical professionals
Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, empathy, and a patient-focused approach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, ensuring their confidence in our services
Perform general body ultrasound, including MSK, breast, obstetrical, and vascular imaging
Conduct image-guided MSK and basic spine procedures for pain management under fluoroscopy and ultrasound
Execute screening and diagnostic mammography
Perform general radiography and bone mineral densitometry
Requirements:
Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Diagnostic Radiology, or equivalent
Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta in Diagnostic Radiology
Eligibility or accreditation with the Canadian Association of Radiologists for mammography
Membership with the CMPA
Eligibility for an Alberta Health billing number and practitioner ID
Strong communication skills with patients and a multidisciplinary medical team
