Job Description:

We are offering a $25K Sign-On Bonus AND up to $24K towards Student Loan Forgiveness for our eligible hires! As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions
  • Perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience through direct interaction
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
  • Perform procedures to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist’s expectations and protocols
  • Display knowledge and comply with the National Patient Safety goals
  • Support and report any identified compliance matters
  • Participate in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain professional development and education for technical competency

Requirements:

  • Associates Of Science In Radiologic Technology or a related field, upon hire
  • Completion of an Accredited Program: The program must be accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT), upon hire
  • Medical Radiographer: KY, upon hire
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire or Registered Technologist Bone Densitometry, upon hire or Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire or Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, upon hire or Registered Technologist Mammography, upon hire or Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging, upon hire or Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, upon hire or Registered Technologist Quality Management, upon hire or Registered Technologist Radiation Therapy, upon hire or Registered Technologist Vascualr Inteventional Rad, upon hire or Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
