Radiologic Technologist

• Produce diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions
• Perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through direct interaction

• California State Department of Health Service Certification as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• California Fluoroscopic Permit (within 90 days of employment)
• Medical Radiographer CA
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
• Fluoroscopy Radiology Tech CA, within 90 Days of hire
• Knowledge of medical terminology/anatomy
• Working knowledge of radiation producing equipment
• Proper judgement in minimizing radiation dosages
