The Syndicate is seeking interns who are passionate, driven, and eager to be a part of our award-winning radio department! We're looking for students who are ready to step into our fast-paced environment and help us perform at the highest level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work collaboratively with our college, alternative, non-comm, and loud rock promotion staff
  • Listening to new releases and contributing to our weekly newsletters
  • Running data and building out radio reports for our clients

Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a matriculated program, in pursuit of a degree at an accredited institution
  • Must be able to earn college credit
  • Must be able to commit to working remotely, on a hybrid schedule, or in-office from 10am-6pm, 2-5 days per week (exceptions offered on a case-by-case basis due to class schedules)
  • Someone who lives and breathes a passion for music
  • General knowledge of radio charts & radio formats
  • Comfortable learning new databases and digital platforms
  • A passion for radio, attending live concerts, and artist development is paramount
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction in a fast-paced environment

previous use of Squarespace & DISCO is a plus
