We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Officer to join our team on a contract basis in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marine radio operations and sailing, with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and maintain marine radio communication equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all national and international maritime radio regulations
  • Effectively communicate with vessels, shore stations, and emergency services
  • Monitor radio channels for distress, urgency, and safety calls
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of radio equipment

Requirements:

  • Maintains daily shift activity and incident log available to site supervisor
  • Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
  • Required to monitor facility fire suppression systems, intrusion systems, and use CCTV technology.
