Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Engineering, Engineering Technology or an equivalent technical degree. (Preferred)
2-4 years Experience within the wireless industry optimizing, and designing wireless communication sites. (Preferred)

Job Responsibility

Monitor and analyze radio network key performance indicators to identify and resolve performance issues
Design and optimize network coverage, capacity, and performance using established engineering principles
Develop, test, and validate radio frequency feature plans and support implementation guidelines
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot network problems and update resolution databases
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to network deployment and zoning
Mentor associate engineers to support their technical development and knowledge growth
