Radiation Therapist

• Provides radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by physician according to established standards and practice
• Provides accurate billing and documentation to support the billing
• Provide the best quality of care with the resources available
• Make clinical decisions during image registration for the best possible treatment accuracy
• May be asked to participate in problem solving discussions regarding patient care or specialized treatment techniques

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Must be a member in good standing of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Currently licensed or licensure eligible as a Radiation Therapist in the State of New York
• Clinical experience in radiation therapy preferred
• Knowledge of Radiation Therapy treatment practices, use of specialized equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of radiation therapy equipment and techniques
• Demonstrated experience with sophisticated radiation therapy techniques

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Clinical experience in radiation therapy preferred

$5,000 Sign on bonus included for eligible external candidates
