Job Responsibility:
Precise Radiation Therapy Technique: Administers prescribed radiation therapy, demonstrating expertise in equipment operation, human anatomy, and patient positioning for effective treatments
Efficient Care Management: Manages simulation and treatment schedules to ensure efficient, appropriate patient care
Optimal Patient Setup: Conducts simulations to optimize patient setup for radiation treatments
Comprehensive Treatment Compliance: Ensures radiation therapy follows the prescribed plan for positive patient outcomes
Patient Education Advocate: Educates patients and their families to enhance compliance with care plans

Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy Required
Registered & Certified as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by the ARRT or Deemed Registry Eligible & able to sit for the Radiation Therapy Certification Exam
Valid CPR Certification – BLS
Effective communication and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork environment
Proficient in organization, analytics, basic computer use, and troubleshooting as needed
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy Preferred
