Job Description:

Part time, fixed term role from 24 June 2026 to 24 September 2026 with flexible working hours. Make an impact supporting patients, their families and carers. Heidelberg location, with multiple public transport options available to Austin Hospital. Base salary + generous salary packaging + super.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing clinical duties as a radiation oncologist
  • Working closely with allied health professionals
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across divisions
  • Participate in research activities, committees and meetings

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Medicine and FRANZCR (radiation oncology)
  • Clinical experience as a radiation oncologist with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, time-management skills, attention to detail and autonomy.
  • The desire to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to have:

Experience with breast cancer would be desirable
