Job Description

An experienced RAD Developer is sought after by a leading global Hedge Fund to join their Front Office RAD team who are responsible for working desk-side and delivering iterative front office tools driven directly by trader requirements. You will get exposure to a broad variety of work built bespoke for each trader covering everything from new pricers to data mining tools through to back testing of screens and models.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning the full development and release lifecycle of the products you build
  • Gathering and interpreting requirements directly from the traders
  • Working on core C# libraries & services and Excel VBA screens
  • Managing your own testing and release

Requirements

  • To currently be a RAD Developer, working desk-side in an iterative development environment, not building core/enterprise applications or platforms
  • Highly proficient in C# and Excel VBA development
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Rates products and an ability to understand and engage with traders – including the ability to gather requirements

Nice to have

Experience in Python and SQL Server
