Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with daily shop upkeep including opening, mid-day, closing procedures, refresh coolers with ice and water, empty garbage and recycling, general upkeep throughout facility, organize porch/deck furniture
  • Answer phone calls and emails as well as check voicemails
  • Accurately take and relay messages for supervisors and all other employees
  • Ensure that computers, printers and office equipment are functioning correctly
  • Monitor shop supplies, bulletin boards, towels, coffee, Gatorade and other supply usage and inform supervisor of needs
  • Know current merchandise and actively promote sales of merchandise to members and guests

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Retail, recreation or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in the tennis field preferred
  • Must obtain a valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and mathematical skills
  • Comfortable with computer software

Nice to have:

Experience in the tennis field
