Job Description

The Racking and Warehouse Support role contributes to the success of Frito Lay Canada by providing essential operational support within a warehouse environment. This position is responsible for product handling and movement, freshness rotation, racking set‑up and maintenance, inventory organization, and maintaining clean, efficient storage areas. The role supports smooth warehouse operations by ensuring product is properly stored, rotated, and staged for distribution.

Job Responsibility

  • Set up, maintain, and adjust warehouse racking, shelving, and storage systems to support efficient product storage and movement
  • Handle, move, and stage PepsiCo products within the warehouse, including loading and unloading pallets and cases
  • Ensure proper product rotation and freshness standards are maintained in storage areas
  • Keep warehouse storage areas, racking, and back-room inventory neat, organized, and clean
  • Support inventory organization and preparation of product for distribution or delivery
  • Perform all assigned duties in a safe, efficient, and productive manner in accordance with safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching over shoulder
  • Able to lift 50 plus pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds using a pallet jack

Nice to have

Merchandising or warehouse experience is helpful, but not necessary
