Job Responsibility

Rack lining and face fabric on rack
Check dates on all tickets and assure the same date is on the rack when completed
Separate red tickets and walks from regular dates
Hand carry rod tops to rod top table, and place on rack with correct workday
Take racks to Head Sew
Work closely with table operator, hemmer, supervisor
Assures that neat, well organized seam, folded draperies are leaving
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Responsibility

Remove draperies from rack onto blue belt machine
Blue belt machine is operated by the employee
Make minor adjustments for correct stitch for all fabrics
Hem work according to the work ticket on racks
Review work tickets for any special hemming instructions
Notify mechanic of any major problems with machine
Clean and oil machine daily
Work closely with racker giving them information on direction
Report production standard daily
Make supervisor aware of any work-related problems that occur
