Race Day and Event Chef

• Preparing and delivering high-quality food for a wide range of on-site and off-site events
• Supporting event delivery across Chester Racecourse and venues throughout Cheshire
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and Food Standards Agency guidelines
• Consistently delivering a high standard of food, regardless of volume or service size
• Working as part of the wider catering and event team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment or large-scale banqueting/catering
• Previous event catering experience is desirable
• Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when producing high volumes
• Strong awareness of food safety, hygiene, and best practice
• Reliable, focused, and able to work well under pressure
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to complete training)
• This role requires you to be over the age of 18
