We’re looking for passionate and experienced Supervisors and Managers to join our team and lead exceptional service across our diverse hospitality, bar and retail operations. Job Responsibility

  • Leading teams to deliver excellent service across bar and hospitality areas
  • Overseeing event set-up and clear-down to company standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact on the day, resolving guest and operational issues
  • Delivering staff briefings and supporting teams throughout events
  • Managing stock, tills, PDQs and cash handling in line with procedures
  • Liaising with Area Managers to ensure smooth event delivery

Requirements

  • Supervisory or management experience in bar, catering or events
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and create a positive working environment
  • Ability to recognise high-performing team members and support their development
  • This role requires you to be over the age of 18
