Job Description

Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R IC Specialist to coordinate intercompany activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide high level of service and support to internal customer acting as main point of contact for Record to Report Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate intercompany activities within TUI Global Business Services unit
  • Answer internal customer queries and claims
  • Create journal entries and consolidate supporting documentation
  • Assist Record to Report Team in ensuring financial integrity of legal entities
  • Execute account closing transactions
  • Maintain financial control procedures and process documents
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with TUI Group standards
  • Continuous development and maintenance of extensive reports in Excel
  • Updating operational margin data and highlighting material variances
  • Ensure inter-company accounts are fully reconciled on timely basis
  • Support preparation of business cases, presentations, and other ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience in audit Big-4 Company would be valued
  • SAP experience will be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Any additional language such as German, French, and Spanish advantageous
  • Good written and spoken language skills in English
  • Methodical, organized approach to execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills (Power Point ability would be valued)
  • Capacity to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision

  • Experience in audit Big-4 Company
  • SAP experience
  • Additional languages such as German, French, and Spanish
  • Power Point ability
