R2R GL Agent

• Execute closing transactions and reconcile balance sheets accounts to ensure compliance with TUI standards
• Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS)
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (accruals, HR, transitory, accounts receivable, accounts payable) in line with Group standards
• Create journal entries and assemble supporting documentation
• Assist in the production of financial statements
• Follow the financial control procedures and process documents
• Record COSO controls evidence in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control
• Provide evidences for external audit purposes

• Business university degree
• Good written and spoken language skills in English
• A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
• Strong Excel skills
• SAP knowledge will be advantageous
